Tractor visit to Ledbury Primary School.
The Early Years pupils at Ledbury Primary School got the chance to explore a real tractor recently, as part of their topic on ‘giants.’
Local farmers, Sarah and Jim Davies, brought the tractor from the farm down to the school so that the children could examine the machinery and take measurements, using string. The children were even able to sit in the cab and experience life as a tractor driver!
Headteacher Julie Rees said: "We are delighted that Sarah and Jim were able to bring their 'giant' tractor to Ledbury Primary School for the children to have a wonderful real-life experience. We always welcome links with our local and wider community."
