VILLAGERS looking for a new way to get fit now have the choice of using an outdoor gym.
Little Dewchurch Parish Council had consulted with residents about what they wanted a grant from the National Lottery to be spent on, and people felt an outdoor gym would be beneficial.
Jesse Norman MP opened the new outdoor gym in the village south of Hereford on Saturday afternoon (June 8). He said the benefits, not only for physical health but also the benefits to mental health by being outdoors in such a beautiful and peaceful environment.
It was all part of the Little Dewchurch Social Committee event, the 'bring and share picnic' and football tournament.
