The car park at Widemarsh children's centre will undergo improvement works totalling more than £36k.
EXTENSIVE works totalling more than £36,000 will start on a car park with 11 spaces in Hereford next month.
Herefordshire Council said the car park at Widemarsh children’s centre will close for four weeks while works to the surface and drainage system are carried out to prevent it from flooding in the future.
The car park will be closed to vehicles from Monday, September 2, but pedestrian access will be maintained whilst the works are carried out.
Alternative parking will be available on the right hand approach to the Kingdom Hall and additional spaces will be available at Westfields Football Club.
