FACTORY workers in Hereford are to take industrial action.
Staff at Special Metals Wiggin took part in an industrial ballot in a dispute over weekend working.
Stuart Harrison, from the GMB trade union, said a clear majority voted in favour of action.
The decision means that hourly paid employees will start an overtime ban from Monday, August 26.
And Mr Harrison said this may become full strike action at a later date.
Problems began at the Holmer factory when discussions broke down over mandatory weekend working and the pay award for 2018/9.
Special Metals Wiggin have declined to comment.
