A COUNTY library has had a "substantial amount of stock damaged" after water came flooding in through the ceiling, Herefordshire Council said.
There will be limited access until further notice at Kington library and there will be less stock than usual.
A council spokesperson said the issue is in the children's area upstairs, and there will also be no computer access.
"The library will be open at the usual times but stock selection limited and without public computer facilities," they said.
"We are working to get things back to normal as quickly as we can."
