POLICE have issued an image of a woman they want to trace in connection with an attempted theft from a pensioner at a Rowley Regis cash point.
Officers from West Midlands Police say enquiries to find the woman caught on camera have so far been unsuccessful so they have issued a CCTV still of her and are appealing to the public to help identify her.
The incident happened back on May 20, at around 10.20am, as a woman in her 80s used a cash machine in Rowley Regis High Street.
An attempt was made to pull the pensioner away from the cash point but she managed to push off her attacker who left empty-handed.
Anyone with information is asked to contact police via Live Chat at www.west-midlands.pnn.police.uk between 8am and midnight or call 101 anytime - quoting crime reference number 20SW/119389T/19.
