EASTNOR Pottery, near Ledbury, Herefordshire is delighted to announce details of its fun and creative themed workshops for families in the approaching school holiday.

Leaf Peeping! Is the seasonal theme and is the informal term given to the viewing and photographing of the Fall in the USA and Canada.

Eastnor Pottery have teamed up with the Forest of Dean and Wye Valley Tourism Association - wyedeantourism.co.uk/leafpeeperswelcome - who have launched a big Leaf Peeping campaign in the UK celebrating the majestic autumnal colour in the Forest of Dean.

Visitors to Eastnor Pottery during October and November will have the opportunity to make a clay leaf tile painted in a riot of yellows, oranges and browns.

The creations will need to dry out before they can be fired and glazed. This process takes about a month and the Pottery will contact participants as soon as they are out of the kiln and ready for collection. Don't worry if you can't make it back to Eastnor to collect your ceramic arty-fact, postage and packaging can be arranged.

Places cost £20 per person inclusive of all materials, firing and glazing.

Sessions can be booked Tuesday - Saturday and start at 10am, 11.30am, 1.30pm and 3pm. Please call 01531 633886 to book you place.
