ON October 25, several pupils from St Mary's C of E Primary School, Credenhill were invited to the exclusive unveiling of the latest Hereford Community Recycling Scheme bull sculpture.
The new sculpture has been dedicated to local SAS legend Brummie Stokes.
The sculpture was unveiled by his widow, Lynn Stokes.
The children pinned their handmade poppies to the sculpture as a tribute of Remembrance to all serving, ex and fallen service personnel.
Brummie will be taken to local schools as part of the Hereford Community Recycling Scheme.
Brummie made his first school visit to our St Mary's this afternoon and the children loved having the opportunity to see him.
The school would like to extend their thanks to the Hereford Community Recycling Scheme for arranging this special event, to Buchanans Coaches for providing transport and to the staff for accompanying the children to the event.
