THERE is a flood alert in place for Herefordshire.
It means flooding is possible and people should be prepared.
The alert is for the river Lugg south of Leominster from Stoke Prior to Mordiford.
Other places that may be affected include Bodenham, Lugwardine and Hampton Bishop.
The Environment Agency says further rain is forecast tomorrow (Saturday), and it expects river levels to remain high over the weekend.

Dave Throup, the agency's manager for Herefordshire and Worcestershire, said: "Fortunately, we escaped the worst of yesterday’s rain.
"But it’s important to remember that locally the ground is saturated, rivers are full and there’s more heavy rain forecast tomorrow."
Herefordshire was affected by widespread flooding two weeks ago.
