It is believed that some type of weapon was used as the man received injuries to his body.

Now police have revealed that the man has since died and his next of kin have been informed.

The death is currently being treated as unexplained. A post-mortem examination has been carried out, but the cause of death has not yet been established.

The coroner and officers are undertaking further investigations to establish the cause of the man’s death.
