THE children of Presteigne Primary School had an extremely exciting day on November 22 when they participated in a number of stimulating activities based on the book I Am What I Believe, written by local author and school governor Frankie Samah.
The whole day centred around the children's aspirations and aimed to encourage and inspire the children.
In the afternoon, the children had the chance to talk to over 25 adults, each representing their professions, which included paramedic, police, fire service, social work, farming and caring.
Assistant headteacher, Helen Palmer, said: "The children had a fantastic day. We are so fortunate to have such wonderful children and a very supportive community".
