A Gloucestershire motorist has entered a guilty plea to driving without due care and attention, following the death of a motorcyclist at Hollybush near Eastnor, last year.
Lee Barlow, aged 26, of Turkdean Road, Benhall, Cheltenham, is set to be sentenced at Worcester Crown Court next month.
Biker Andrew Murray, aged 57, from Tewkesbury, was riding his Ducati motorbike on the A438 at Hollybush when he was involved in a collision with Barlow's BMW which was heading in the opposite direction, towards Eastnor, on Sunday June 30, last year.
Barlow pleaded guilty to the charge at Worcestershire Magistrates Court on January 16.
