REPAIR works are underway on a collapsed stone wall and bank on the A419 London Road, heading into Chalford.
Following the collapse last Monday, a team is now in the process of rebuilding the wall.
Only one the road's two lanes are open and temporary traffic lights are in place.
The works are taking place just before the tight bend going into Chalford, where the road narrows.
Gloucestershire County Council have said they expect the works to be completed on Wednesday.
