A MAN suffered a broken leg after a violent street robbery in Bournemouth.
The victim, a man in his 40s, was walking through Boscombe's Grosvenor Gardens when two men attacked him.
Detectives say they knocked him to the ground before punching him in the head and body then stealing his money.
Now Dorset Police has issued a CCTV image of two men they would like to speak to as part of their ongoing investigation.
Detective Constable Sara Freestone, of Bournemouth CID, said: "We are continuing to investigate this incident and I am now in a position to release a CCTV image of two men I would like to speak to.
"I would like to stress that we are not treating them as suspects, but believe they may have information that would assist us.
"If anyone recognises them, or if anyone has any information about the incident, please contact police."
As a result of the robbery, which took place around 5.30pm on Thursday, February 13, the victim's broken leg needed surgery.
