FIREFIGHTERS are currently on scene at a high voltage electrical fire in Hereford this morning.
Crews from Hereford Fire Station were called to Grandstand Road just after 7am this morning (May 20).
A cordon is in place, and crews are waiting for the arrival of Western Power.
UPDATE 9am: A fire service spokesperson said: "Three crews from Hereford Fire Station were called to smoke issuing at Avara Foods in Grandstand Road at 7.06am on May 20.
"A fire involving cabling running to an external generator was dealt with by crews and the generator was isolated by an on-site engineer.
"The incident was marked as ‘pending closure’ at 8.16am".
