A WOMAN has been arrested on suspicion of drink driving after the car she was travelling in overturned in a country lane.
West Mercia Police officers who attended the incident said the driver had been arrested after the single-vehicle crash near Rowlestone in the Golden Valley.
She was treated by paramedics for her injuries and taken to hospital.
A spokesperson for West Midlands Ambulance Service said: "We were called at 12.38pm today to reports of an RTC with a car on its side between Mount Pleasant and the main road (at Pontrilas).
"One ambulance and a paramedic officer attended and treated and conveyed one woman, the driver of teh car, to Hereford County Hospital.
"Her injuries are not believed to be serious."
A West Merica Police spokesperson added: "At around 12:45pm today (Friday) we were alerted by the Ambulance Service to a single-vehicle collision at Pontrilas in Hereford.
"A woman was taken to hospital to be checked over."
