WANTED man Ben Wilde has handed himself over to the police following an earlier appeal.

Wilde, who was wanted on recall to prison after breaching his licence conditions.

The 22 year-old handed himself in at Ledbury Police Station today (July 24) and was returned to prison.

Wilde was banned from various areas of Worcester and Malvern last month after repeated offending.

He has been convicted on a number of occasions for theft offences, and officers hoped the ban would deter him from more offending.

In June, Wilde was handed a three year Criminal Behaviour Order banning him from areas of Worcester and Malvern.

These are:

WORCESTER:

- Arboretum

- Barbourne

MALVERN:

- A449 and Worcester Road from Newland to Link Common.

- Madresfield from A449 to Chance Lane.

- Chance Lane to B4211 Guarlford Road.

- Guarlford Road to B420 Barnards Green Road.

- B4208 Barnards Green Road along the B4208 to Pickersleigh Road.

- From Pickersleigh Road to Worcester Road.

In addition to being banned from these areas he was also banned from owning a bike without a valid proof of ownership.
