EMERGENCY services attended a crash involving a lorry and a tractor towing a trailer this afternoon.

The incident happened at 1.22pm on the A449 at Gatsford and involving a lorry carrying farm feed and a tractor towing a trailer carrying potatoes.

Firefighters, police and the ambulance service all attended the scene.

Fire crews from Ross-on-Wye and Whitchurch prevented a 'significant fuel leak' from entering drains using environmental grab packs and soil.

Those injured were described as 'walking wounded' and were treated by the ambulance service.
