A PUB - where two members of staff and a customer tested positive for coronavirus - has been forced to shut.
Not due to the virus itself but rather down to what the landlord called "abusive phone calls" after the cases were revealed.
There is no evidence to suggest that the Inn at Welland, where the cases happened, had done anything wrong.
In fact, the director of public health for Worcestershire, described their procedures as "robust" against the virus.
Instead, they did the absolutely right thing by making sure that staff who had worked together will isolate for two weeks.
It's a real shame, then, that the publicans have been subjected to this abuse.
These situations are going to occur - and they really could happen anywhere.
To get through it, we need everyone to follow the rules, to talk to each other and make sure that cases are picked up and tracked.
It's our collective responsibility but it's a task that is never going to be made easier by finger pointing and hurling abuse.
