Wanted: Charlotte Cotterell
POLICE have issued this picture of a woman they say is dangerous and should not be approached.
Charlotte Cotterell, 21, is wanted for breaching her bail conditions.
She has links with Hereford, Bromyard and Ross-on-Wye.
She is believed to be in these areas, or possibly in Worcestershire.
