EX-CITY youth prospect and contracted first-team player Ethan Moran has joined league rivals Lye Town.

Moran came through the City set-up in similar fashion to Liam Lockett and Josh Willis and was handed a deal at the age of 19 by then-manager John Snape in February 2019.

He scored 20 goals in 27 appearances for the reserves/under-21s across two seasons but found senior starts hard to come by and joined Malvern Town on loan, a move that was made permanent when his contract was cancelled seven months after penning terms.

Last season, Moran scored five goals in six games for Kidderminster Harriers under-21s and has now linked up with Lye.
