THERE are plans to change the use of the former accountancy practice in Hereford.
The proposals are to create to homes in the closed offices which used to house Knipe Whiting Heath and Associates Limited in Blackfriars Street.

People have until November 19 to comment on the proposals which Herefordshire Council planners are expected to consider by December.
