A MEMBER of the public has handed half a kilo of cannabis over to police after it was sent to the wrong address.
Officers in Presteigne, on the Herefordshire-Powys border, said the package of Class B drug was handed over to them at the station on Friday (November 20).
Dyfed-Powys officers in Radnorshire said: "Handed in at Presteigne police station today by a member of the public who found this half a kilo of cannabis which will not be on the street today as it was sent to the wrong address."
Although an estimate, half a kilogram of cannabis could hold a potential street value of £3,500.
