A woman caught drink driving in Putley, near Ledbury, has lost her licence for a year.
The ban will be reduced by six months if Angela Arnold, of Moors Avenue, Hartlebury, who pleaded guilty to the offence, undertakes state-approved ‘rehabilitation activity’ by April.
At a hearing in Herefordshire Magistrates Court on December 9, Arnold was fined £200, ordered to pay a surcharge of £95, to fund victim serves, and ordered to pay £135 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
The Court heard how Arnold had been driving a green Peugeot on an unclassified road in Putley, and failed a breath test.
