Kelvyn Jenkins, of Hay Royal British Legion with the Christmas pudding received from the Royal Family
A MILITARY veteran who has spent every day since March volunteering at his local food bank received a Christmas pudding from the Royal Family.
As part of the Royal British Legion’s Together at Christmas initiative the puddings, which Queen Elizabeth, Prince Charles, Prince William, and Prince George, helped to make were sent out to military veterans.
Kelvyn Jenkins, from Hay-on-Wye received one of the 100 recipients of the Christmas puddings sent out by the Royal Family.
He has also been influential in renovating the RBL building in Hay-on-Wye.
