A MAN has been fined for his abusive behaviour in a Herefordshire market town.
Sean Anthony Warner entered a guilty plea when he appeared before magistrates in Kidderminster.
The court heard the 32-year-old had used threatening or abusive words and behaviour likely to cause alarm, harassment, or distress in Leominster on February 13.
Warner, of West Street, Leominster, was fined £46. He must pay costs of £135 and a £34 victim surcharge.
