A HEREFORDSHIRE bar and restaurant with rooms is up for sale for £425,000.
Set in an attractive village location in Peterchurch, Casa Lupo, formerly the Boughton Arms Hotel, has undergone a complete renovation and refurbishment, which was completed in 2020.
Marketing agents Sidney Phillips said the pub is a proud Victorian style building which appears to be constructed mainly of stone and brick with rendered and colourwashed elevations under a mainly pitched tiled roof.
"Since our client purchased the property it has undergone major refurbishment which was completed in 2020. The refurbishment scheme has improved the building, its services and layout, with much work having been carried out to the roof, complete electrical re-wiring and much of the former plumbing having been replaced."
The building features a lounge bar and restaurant with exposed brick walls, three well-appointed ensuite letting bedrooms, a trade garden and car park alongside comfortable owners' accommodation and a workshop.
