A SPEED monitoring group in Wales has recorded a driver travelling at almost 100mph on a busy Llanidloes road.
Go Safe Cymru reminded drivers to stick to the 60mph speed limit on the overpass A470 Llanidloes Bypass after a driver reached 96mph driving along the stretch on Wednesday.
The Go Safe Cymru Twitter page encouraged drivers to keep to the speed limit along the road.
A spokesman said: “The Overpass A470 Llanidloes Bypass is a 60mph road.
“Unfortunately, we recorded a motorist driving at 96mph; putting themselves and others at risk.”
