Hereford Magistrates Court
A MAN has been ordered to carry out unpaid work after sending an X-rated video message.
Calvin Benson Evans admitted sending an indecent electronic communication when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford on April 28.
The court heard the 59-year-old had sent a video of himself masturbating via a public electronic communications network on November 6 last year.
Evans, of Mayberry Avenue, Hereford, was handed a 12-month community order and must carry out 60 hours of unpaid work.
He was also ordered to pay costs of £135 and a £95 victim surcharge.
