A WOMAN has been banned from the roads after failing to provide a breath sample to police.
Catherine Victoria Walker was found guilty of the offence when she appeared before magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard Walker had been asked to provide a sample when suspected of having driven a vehicle in Hereford on March 9.
But the 40-year-old failed to do so without reasonable excuse.
Walker, of Birks Street, Stoke-on-Trent, was disqualified from driving for 12 months, received a 12-month community order, and fined £50.
She must also pay costs of £350 and a £95 victim surcharge.
