I WOULD like to say a huge thank you to our GP surgery and Hereford County Hospital for the care my husband has recently received.
I phoned Hereford Medical Group as my husband had a new medical condition and explained it to the receptionist.
They were very helpful and said they would speak to a GP.
A member of the medical team phoned back within an hour.
They confirmed they needed to examine my husband and an appointment at the surgery for that afternoon was made.
My husband was referred to the hospital and seen seven days later, where a medical procedure was performed.
I therefore want to say a big thank you to everyone involved from reception to GP to hospital staff.
