A MAN has received a conditional discharge after he was caught with drugs in Hereford.
Thomas Hartland entered a guilty plea when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.
Prosecutor Shafquat Reaz told the court that the 32-year-old had been in possession of a quantity of class C drug Diazepam in Hereford between May 23 and 26 last year.
Hartland, of Widemarsh Common, Hereford, was handed a six-month conditional discharge and the drugs were ordered to be forfeited and destroyed.
He must also pay a £22 victim surcharge.
