OUR Trader of the week this week is something for all the sweet tooths out there.

Choccotastic started in December 2018 on market stalls and opened in the Homend mews in October 2020 during the lockdown.

The business is everything those with a sweet tooth could ask for and more.

Owner Heather Cambridge said|: “We hand make Belgian chocolate products on site for wholesale, online sales and in our shop.

“We have a Tearoom aspect of our shop selling Belgian waffles, luxury Hot chocolates, locally roasted coffee, loose leaf tea, locally made cakes and bakes and much more.

“We also stock other sweet treats from other small handmade businesses such as fudge, ice cream, traditional sweets and hand decorated biscuits.”

Choccotastic also like to share the love of chocolate with their customers and offers chocolate making workshops which are a real hit with children.

“We run chocolate making workshops during the school holidays for children, host birthday parties, bridal showers and other special celebrations.

“We are currently in the process of becoming licensed so we can extend our menu offering and introduce some new exciting adult only events.”

There is no one particular best selling item in Choccotastic.

“All of our products sell equally well and can change seasonally.

“Since the closure of the velvet bean, Ledbury has been missing a chocolate shop so we are so pleased to be filling that gap.

“As a market town renouned for its independent businesses we feel very lucky to be a part of it.

“I am an active member of Ledbury Amateur Dramatic Society (LADS) and was running drama classes for primary aged and preschool children prior to lockdown.

“Choccotastic is all about indulgence and enjoying luxury sweet treats that don’t cost the earth. We have things to suit everybody and every budget.

“We offer click and collect and orders can be made and sent all over the UK using our online shop choccotastic.com which is perfect for gifts.”
