A HEREFORDSHIRE takeaway has been handed a one star rating in its latest food hygiene inspection.
Ledbury's Wing On Takeaway was handed the rating, which means major improvement is necessary, after the inspection on August 26.
Inspectors said food handling at the New Street business was generally satisfactory but that improvement to the cleanliness and condition of facilities and buildings was necessary.
Major improvement was found to be needed in the management of food safety.
Businesses handling food are rated out of five for food hygiene, with five being the top rating.
The business is now one of seven in the county to receive the rating.
