REPRESENTATIVES for Prince Charles have applied to demolish a bungalow in Herefordshire.
Agents for the Duchy of Cornwall submitted an application to Herefordshire Council on Friday, October 1, seeking to tear down a small bungalow on crown land in Cradley.
In a design and access statement, architects Yiangou said the site, in Tanhouse Lane, comprises of a single-story dwelling with a series of outbuildings.
"The existing bungalow is of a modern utilitarian construction, displays a poor level of low-quality 20th century detailing, and has little architectural merit," they said.

The Duchy of Cornwall is seeking to replace the bungalow with a detached, single-storey, four bed home with detached carport and association landscaping.
Yiangou said the scheme aimed to provide sustainable development and support the need for residential accommodation in the local rural area.
The proposed new home will be traditional in style, with proposed brick walls and chimneys, painted timber, and slate roof.
