HEREFORD Cathedral is looking for a new warden for St Katherine’s Almshouses in Ledbury as well as Ethelbert’s Almshouses in the city.
The Estates Department Assistant would work alongside the Cathedral’s Head of Estates, ensuring that the almshouse residents are looked after, and that the historic properties are well maintained.
The role would require daily visits to both Almshouses, as well as helping the Head of Estates with maintaining the Cathedral and other buildings in the city.
The Cathedral is offering a salary of £22,000 for a 39-hour week. Applications close at noon on Friday, November 26.
Interviews are expected to take place at the Cathedral in the second week of December.
