HEREFORDSHIRE roads have been blocked by 86 fallen trees after Storm Arwen, with calls still coming in about more.
A spokesperson from Herefordshire Council contractor Balfour Beatty Living Places said they have handled calls and deployed team to a number of priority routes at the weekend.
They safely managed 89 incidents, 86 of which were related to fallen trees.
All the roads were cleared by 4pm on Saturday to allow for gritting before the nights weather led to icy roads.
But four roads are currently closed today (November 29) across the county.
They still have team working today and tomorrow (November 30) to clear the roads.
More calls about fallen trees are still coming in but teams are on sitre to get things back to normal, said the spokesperson.
