MORE unlicensed drivers have been caught breaking the law after heading out on Herefordshire's roads.

Here are the latest unlicensed drivers up before the magistrates after they were caught behind the wheel in Herefordshire:

William Ivor James, 35, entered a guilty plea to magistrates in Hereford.

The court heard James had been caught riding a KYMCO motorbike on Ross Road in Hereford without a licence or insurance on April 9.

James, of Morley Square, Ross-on-Wye, was fined a total of £306 and disqualified from driving for six months due to repeat offending. He must also pay costs of £90 and a £34 victim surcharge.

Ashley Stuart Lewis, 40, was proven guilty by magistrates in Worcester.

The court heard Lewis had been caught riding a Honda motorcycle without a licence or valid MOT certificate in How Caple on May 12.

Lewis, of Nursery Road, Ross-on-Wye, was fined £220 and received three penalty points. He must also pay costs of £90 and a £34 victim surcharge.

Diaz Juan Moreno, 28, entered a guilty plea to magistrates in Worcester.

The court heard Moreno had been caught behind the wheel of a Jaguar on the A449 at Ledbury on May 28 without a licence or insurance.

Moreno, of Church Street, Malvern, was fined £276 and received six penalty points. He must also pay costs of £90 and a £34 victim surcharge.

Kholilur Rahman, 29, was proven guilty by magistrates in Hereford.

The court heard Rahman had been caught speeding behind the wheel of an Audi A6 in Hereford's Westfaling Street, which is a 30 miles per hour zone, without a licence or insurance.

Rahman, of Hampton Road, Aston, Birmingham, was fined a total of £1,100, received six penalty points, and must pay costs of £90 and a £110 victim surcharge.
