Ms Carter fourth in The Apprentice this year after her business plan failed to impress Lord Sugar's expert panel.

Before entering The Apprentice, Ms Carter was a successful sales manager at the Marriott Hotel in Bristol.

She has now become the founder of Maintain the Gain.

Over the next few months, Ms Carter intends to launch the UK's first high-protein alcoholic drink.

Dessert Parlour owner Harpreet Kaur was crowned the winner last night and it set to use Lord Sugar's investment to expand her business.
