A MAN has appeared before magistrates accused of harassment after sticking his middle finger up at a home CCTV camera in a Herefordshire town.

Kevin Biddle entered a not guilty plea when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.

The court heard the 54-year-old is accused of pursuing a course of conduct which amounted to the harassment of another person by walking past his Leominster home and sticking his middle finger up at his CCTV camera between December 9 and January 21.

The case was sent for trial and Biddle, of Falconer Place, Leominster, will appear before Hereford magistrates again on July 14.
