A MAN arrested in relation to an incident in New Road yesterday has been charged.
Adam Smith, 29, of Dry Thistle Close, Bromyard, has been charged with using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress.
He has been bailed to appear at Worcester Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, June 16.
There were reports of a man on the wrong side of the bridge yesterday morning (Tuesday).
Eyewitnesses saw a large presence of emergency service vehicles.
