Tom Boyle, James Kenny and Dave Feakins all picked up honours at Ledbury Town Football Club’s Presentation Evening for the 2021/22 footballing season.

Prolific striker Boyle, whose impressive total of 29 goals also gave him the Herefordshire FA County League’s Golden Boot ahead of the 26 scored by King Baidoo of league champions Hartpury University, was handed the latter prize by Nick Rawlings of Bloor Homes, one of the club's sponsors.

First team manager Ian Merrick went on to present his joint Manager’s Award to veteran midfielder Scott Roberts and new defender this season Dale Taylor.

For the Reserves, boss David Butcher presented his Manager’s Award to Matti Holder for a solid display all season, with James Kenny taking the Players’ Player Award.

Tom Skittery’s nine goals scored this season earned him the Top Goalscorer accolade for the New Street second string.

With Nick Blakeway and Neil Davis being named joint managers for the Ledbury Swifts third team next season, the duo awarded the Players’ Player Award for the club’s newest squad to upcoming youngster Sam Booth.

Dave Feakins bagged both the Manager’s Award and Top Goalscorer prize with five goals scored this season.

Jock and Jill Boyle received the biggest accolade of all however, being inducted as Honorary Members of Ledbury Town Football Club – titles shared only with long-term club stalwarts John and Phil Preedy – for their many years of committed work behind the scenes, going above and beyond the call of duty.
