POLICE are appealing for witnesses following a crash in Herefordshire where a motorcyclist in his 60s died.
The B4361 in Orleton, between Leominster and Ludlow, was closed for several hours on Thursday evening (June 30) due to the crash.
West Mercia Police, West Midlands Ambulance Service, Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service and the Midlands Air Ambulance were all at the scene.
Police say the vehicles involved were a silver Jaguar driven by a 74-year-old man from Orleton and a KTM Superduke 1290 motorbike ridden by a 63-year-old man from Holywood, in Birmingham.

On arrival, ambulance crews discovered that the motorcyclist, a man, had suffered critical injuries in the collision.
He was already receiving treatment from three off-duty doctors and sadly, it became apparent nothing could be done to save him and he was confirmed dead at the scene.
A police spokesperson said: "We'd like to hear from anyone who may have been travelling in the area at the time who can help with our enquiries.”
Police have asked if anyone has any dashcam footage or witnessed the collision to come forward.
