OUR nostalgia pictures take a giant leap back to the 18th century and a brilliant sketcher.
James Wathen sketched places in Hereford/Herefordshire not recorded by anyone else, giving an insight to Hereford just before the Industrial Revolution breached the city walls.
Wathen lived from 1751 to 1828 and was prolific in his sketching life.
All these photographs are taken with kind permission from the Hereford / Herefordshire Remembered Facebook group.
