What is the weirdest thing you have been asked for at Knightwick?
Nothing has ever been too weird, we are a traditional butchers and butcher the whole carcass.
What is Herefordshire / Worcestershire like to operate in?
We've never worked anywhere else so don't know how to compare but the shop is right on the border, it's in a beautiful setting just off the main road. We serve local customers and customers that travel from as far as Wales and the other side of Birmingham. We have a great loyal customer base.
