A NEW landlord is needed to take over a popular Herefordshire pub.
The Full Pitcher is one of the most prominent watering holes in Ledbury due to its prominent position off the Leadon Way/Ross Road ring road.
It is also popular with families, with it providing a large garden with a children's play area. A Sunday carvery option has also helped draw in punters.
However, despite work taking place nearby on a significant housing development, the pub currently remains closed.

On its website, Stonegate, the brewery which owns the Full Pitcher, says that the pub can potentially turn over £561,999 a year, with a guide rent price being £942 a week.
"This delightful pub is focused towards delivering traditional family pub food offer and supported by a healthy bar trade offering a good selection of beers, cask ales and a diverse drinks and wine list," said the brewery.
"It has a well equipped commercial kitchen capable of delivering a quality food offer. The site also benefits form a large garden and patio areas as well as an external children's play area.

"The décor currently provides a more modern look and feel. It attracts passing trade, locals residents and destination diners from the surrounding towns and villages.
"Our ideal publicans for The Full Pitcher would be one with strong catering skills and experience in a larger turnover site and being the host front of house in a busy food-led retail environment.
