A FOOD critic has posted a video of him enjoying a meal from Beefy Boys, which he described as "world famous scran".

The online food reviewer, Matt Davies-Binge of Food Review Club, posted the TikTok on Sunday night (September 3) - and in less than 24 hours the post gained almost 150,000 views, over 3,500 likes, and over 250 shares.

Beefy Boys is based in Hereford but often travels to Worcester, Malvern and Ledbury to sell food from its van.

Food lovers will happily queue for an hour to get their hands on the famous burgers.

The popular TikTok account, @foodreviewclub, aims to show off some of the best food in the UK.

Mr Davies-Binge visited the Beefy Boys branch in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, and was impressed with the offering. He said: "It doesn't feel like it's been made by human hands. It feels godly.

"The taste is spectacular. Every aspect of this is sensational. If this was a boxing division it would have a belt.

"Beefy Boys, you've outdone yourself. I'm just proud to be able to document this."

The burgers cost about £13, which Mr Davies-Binge said was "not bad at all" and "pretty much a standard price in this day and age for something of this quality".

He scored it a 9.8 out of 10.

Mr Davies-Binge said he had visited Beefy Boys three years ago and the burgers were "absolutely not" among the best he had tried, but now all that has changed, as he described the food as "mesmerising".

Beefy Boys has three restaurants that serve Hereford, Cheltenham and Shrewsbury. It was founded in Hereford in 2011 by four friends.

Beefy Boys also have a food truck which they use to tour the UK and attend events including various local food festivals and Oktoberfest celebrations.
