A CHARACTERFUL Herefordshire village pub is still up for sale, with the asking price dropped by more than 15 per cent.
The Tram Inn, set in the beautiful black and white trail village of Eardisley, was initially put on the market with agents Sidney Phillips with an asking price of £550,000.
But that price has now been reduced by £85,000 to £465,000.
The historic pub features two attractive and characterful trading areas with capacity for more than 80 people.

Inside, it has quarry tiled floors, a wealth of exposed timbers, wood panelling, and fireplaces.
Outside is a beautiful beer garden and a converted brew house, which is now home to a games room and offers function facilities.
The pub also includes a catering kitchen, and three-bedroomed owners' accommodation.
Sidney Phillips said the pub had an annual turnover of £440,000 per annum before its closure.
