“Everything was perfect.
“We ate in the garden, a lovely setting. The food, smoked salmon and scrabbled eggs and full cooked breakfast was delicious, fresh, plentiful and beautifully presented. It was wonderful to have proper china cups and plates, and freshly brewed quality coffee.
“The service was excellent and attentive.
“Overall a lovely venue, delicious food and somewhere perfect to while away an hour or two with good company and a great menu.”

Locals don’t have long to enjoy this restaurant however, as it will be closing in December. Their breakfasts can still be enjoyed if you book a room at their B and B, however.
What customers said: “We scoffed the full English breakfasts.
“It was worth squeezing it all in.
“I want to add the breakfasts were not the greasy, soppy sorts the UK sometimes have to offer.
“They were upper-market, clean feeling, full of morning freshness. Not to mention the pastries, yoghurt and cereal which accompanied it.”
