A MAN who sent 'offensive, indecent, and obscene' emails to Ledbury's MP will be sentenced next week.
James Perrett entered a guilty plea to one count of harassment without violence when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford in November.
The court heard from the Crown Prosecution Service that the 45-year-old had pursued a course of conduct which amounted to harassment and which he knew or ought to have known amounted to the harassment of North Herefordshire MP Sir Bill Wiggin between May 22 and June 22.

He had sent the Conservative MP, who has been the Member of Parliament for the constituency since the 2001 general election, numerous offensive, indecent, and obscene emails, the magistrates were told.
The case was adjourned for sentencing and Perrett, who was represented at the hearing by defence solicitor Ed Middleton, was released on unconditional bail ahead of his next hearing.
Perrett, of Forge Bank, Bosbury, will appear before magistrates in Hereford for sentencing on December 19.
